About Erin-

Erin has strong connections to New England and currently lives in North Carolina with her Husband, Kevin and their two dogs, Maple and Willow. 

Erin believes in living a grounded, aligned, and authentic life, and her workshops and courses support participants in bringing more of the three into their lives. 

She also works to bridge the spiritual and the scientific, as she brings approachable tools and tactics together so there is something easy to take and implement in your life. The end goal is always trust in yourself. Erin hopes to support people by sharing access to tools that you can tap into to have a greater amount of trust in your own decisions, direction, and dreams.
