Sound Bath for Menopause

Join us for a deeply restorative and supportive experience. This event is designed to nurture women navigating the transformative journey of menopause and perimenopause.

This sacred gathering begins with a heartfelt sharing circle, where you can connect with like-minded women, exchange wisdom, and feel heard in a safe and compassionate space. Following this, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, crafted to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance within.

Together, we’ll honor this season of change, celebrate resilience, and cultivate inner peace—leaving you feeling renewed, inspired, and empowered on your path.

In addition to being led through a restorative sound bath, our host Katrina George will lead a sharing circle giving everyone a change to share if they feel called, giving solidarity and support to those attending, Katrina will also be giving tangible tools to support you through your journey of change. 

This event is taking place on Tuesday March 11, from 6-7:30pm at our Bedford location.
