Spring Awakening Cocao Ceremony

Join us at our Bedford location on March 19th from 7-9pm with our host Kim Colby. Rooted in ancient Mesoamerican traditions, cacao circles are a way to connect with the heart, set intentions, and cultivate community. Cacao opens the heart and mind allowing for emotional release, and a greater connection with self.

Come join us as we learn about sacred cacao, its origins, its benefits and how it can enhance the opening and awakening of Spring. 

Bring a mat for meditation, water and a journal for some time to write down your thoughts. If you are so inclined, please also bring an item that represents you as we will use them in our altar and they will become infused with the joy of community.

About the healer Kim Colby:
"I am Kim from Phoenix Farms and Wellness. I am a board certified Health and Wellness Coach with a nursing background helping people reach their highest level of health and wellness by combining the skill set of a registered nurse and the mindset of a life coach. I provide 1:1 and group coaching services for support and guidance for learning to look forward towards your dream life. I work with all goal setters but have an affinity for ADHD education and support. I am a Reiki practitioner and integrate Reiki and my intuitive nature into my work. I collaborate with others to offer mini retreats and day events to implement self care in my clients' lives. This can include cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dance, women's circles and other healing modalities."
