With Kim Colby leading us, we'll open our hearts and minds to a new season where we remember the sacred practice of slowing down and savoring the busy months ahead. Participants have said they leave feeling elevated, nurtured, and with a rush of new energy.
Cocao is rooted in ancient Mesoamerican traditions, cacao circles are a way to connect with the heart, set intentions, and cultivate community. Cacao opens the heart and mind allowing for emotional release, and a greater connection with self.
We'll learn about sacred cacao, its origins, its benefits and how it can enhance the opening and awakening.
