Celebrate Earth Day with a transformative sound bath experience designed to realign your energy with the rhythms of nature. Our guide Katrina; a Sound Therapist and Holistic Wellness Practitioner with Sound bath therapy will lead us through this restorative experience. We'll begin with a brief intention-setting ritual, then immerse yourself in one hour of vibrational peace, as the harmonious tones of singing bowls, guide you into deep relaxation. Let go of stress, restore balance, and welcome renewal—because just like the Earth, you deserve a fresh, vibrant start this Spring.

Dress comfortably. Yoga mats, water and tea provided, however you're welcome to bring what makes you feel most at home.
